El nombre de Juan Berlanga Fotografía o cualquiera de sus marcas, logos y contenido digital no pueden ser usados para insinuar afiliación, sin permiso explícito del titular.

Productos adquiridos

Los Fondos Digitales, Acciones de Photoshop y descargas de videos premium, no son reembolsables bajo ninguna circunstancia.
Los Fondos Digitales comprados por los fotógrafos pueden ser utilizados solo bajo licencia para crear imágenes combinadas de fotos que han tomado ellos mismos.
Los Fondos Digitales no pueden ser usados como parte de un negocio basado en venta de fotos combinadas donde el comprador del fondo digital no ha tomado la foto, sin licencia expresa y consentimiento de Juan Berlanga.
Los Fondos digitales no pueden ser compartidos o revendidos a terceros
Todos los productos digitales son disponibles y entregables solo por descarga digital online. El link de descarga será enviado en cuanto se realice la compra.
Es responsabilidad del cliente descargar y guardar los archivos comprados.
Es responsabilidad del cliente tener el software correcto de edición de imágenes y tener experiencia en utilizar los productos comprados, incluyendo las acciones de Photoshop.

Digital backdrops purchased by the photographer can only be used under license to create composite images of photos which they have taken themselves.
Digital Backdrops cannot be used as part of a business model to market/ sell composite images in which the purchaser has not taken the photograph – without express license and authorisation by Fabrizio Campioni
Digital Backdrops cannot be shared and/or sold to third party resellers eg. canvas print wholesalers
Premium video downloads are not to be shared or transferred in any way
All digital products are only available and deliverable as online downloads. Links to purchased content will be sent once purchasing is complete.
